Terms & Conditions 

1.1 In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

YC means Yoga Collective

“Member means any person that has completed and submitted any online registration on the Website via The Book when booking system or by completing a contact form @ www.yoga-collective.co.uk. Or whom may have been a ‘member’ previously.

“Studio” means Yoga Collective Virtual online studio, registered address 6 Ormond’s Close, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 8EG.

The Company reserves the right to vary and revoke the Terms and Conditions from time to time with variation it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the affairs of the Studio and the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be notified to Members and, until revoked, are and will be binding on Members.

Class Bookings

  • Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance. This can be done via the website through Book when online.

  • Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass/ membership or you can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card (excluding AMEX) via our booking page.

  • Early cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance only online. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account.

  • Late cancellations: Any cancellations made after this time will not be credited back to your class or refunded. YC reserve the right to use discretion on this subject.

  • We require that you sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. However, we recommend that the first time you practice using the Zoom app you sign in 15 minutes before the class to become familiar with the system.

  • If you attempt to join the class after it has started, you maybe refused entry and a refund or credit for your class will may not be allocated. If you arrive late for class YC reserve the right to refuse entry.

Monthly passes cannot be ‘frozen’ due to holidays or other commitments.

Payment Terms/Memberships

  • Details of session prices and gift certificate prices are available either at www.yoga-collective.co.uk and prices may vary from time to time as determined by YC.

  • A Member may not attend any online or ‘pop up’ session without first booking and or paying for the relevant session.

  • Payments for sessions, passes, workshops, programs, and gift certificates in any amount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. If a package is bought and only part used there will be no refund available for the remaining sessions.

  • TYC reserves the right to cap certain memberships once they have reached capacity.

  • TYC reserves the right to change membership prices at any time. This information will always be given in advance on www.yoga-collective.co.uk.

  • Any products purchased at TYC are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and conditions or at the discretion of YC.

  • Payments made online are non-refundable.  Refunds may only be authorised when classes you are booked on are cancelled by YC.  YC reserve the right to use discretion on this subject.

Fitness and Health

  • All members participating in classes at YC are permitted to complete a health readiness questionnaire before taking part in any class. This information will be treated confidentially by YC .

  • Members are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. YC reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.

  • Members with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class, until they have written permission from their Doctor. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult their doctor. Members must notify YC of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through the practice of yoga.

  • Members are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.

  • Members are not permitted to practise with YC if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • By choosing to participate in online classes with YC, you accept that you take part at your own risk. You accept that YC is not liable for any injury or harm sustained as a direct result of the session.

  • Where sessions are live or only accessible by participants at the discretion of YC, it is your responsibility to make the company aware of any conditions or injuries prior to participating in the online class.


  • YC content is not directed to persons under sixteen (16) years of age unless the class is aimed at that specific age group..By providing information about yourself to YC you are representing that you are sixteen (16) years of age or older. You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to become a Member and purchase Services. By agreeing to this Agreement during the sign up process, you represent and certify that you are legally able to enter into any and all purchase agreements with YC and its partners, vendors, agents and service providers.


  • Threatening language, harassment, violence, racism, bullying, attacks on or intimidation of any party, including our community members or staff; malicious speech regarding topics of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ethnic origin or race, religion, disability, size; sexist comments; or hate speech will not be tolerated.

  • Discrimination against people based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics will not be tolerated.

In short, treat each other respectfully. YC is a welcoming community where diversity is encouraged and allowed to thrive.


  • Members are required to give notice to the YC of any change of home address or email address or contact phone number. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Member within five days of email sent or mailing to the last address (of either type) notified to YC.

  • YC reserves the right to refuse admission to the online studio or ‘pop up’ classes.

  • YC, if a Member so wishes, communicate with the Member by electronic mail (“email”). By providing an email address to the YC the Member consents to receiving email communications from the Company, including notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The Member also accepts the risk that email may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. The YC will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered because of communicating with a Member by email.

  • Members must at all times observe the Studio Etiquette both online and In studio which may be notified to them from time to time and are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of  may issue to ensure the smooth operation of the Studio for the convenience of all Members.

  • Any marketing, educational or other materials of this nature whatsoever produced by YC  which are made available to Members at the Studio or at www.yoga-collective.co.uk  will at all times remain the property of YC and will be subject to YC copyright.

  • Please refer to the privacy policy regarding other aspects of your practice at YC

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out our privacy practices. Please take the time to review this Privacy Policy carefully as it tells you how your personal information will be treated by us.

The yoga collective wants to offer you the best possible internet experience. Consequently, additional functions, features, products or services are incorporated into website from time to time. This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy. As a result, please remember to refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly to review any amendments.

Any questions regarding our Privacy Policy should be directed to YC.

What do we collect and use personal information for? In order to:

  • Administer your accounts and subscriptions with us;

  • Process orders, payments or applications submitted by you;

  • Customise the service we provide to you;

  • Administrate or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us including any subscription to our service;

  • Verify your identity (for example, in the event you are a competition winner);

  • Anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you;

  • Carry out market research and tracking of sales data;

  • Send you information about our services (if you have chosen to receive such information);

 We need to collect and process personal information about you (including your name, a user name, gender, and  birth date. We may ask you for this information through our Site, or  when you visit our studio. Certain information is collected automatically, as described later in this Privacy Policy.

Although we do not make it compulsory to give us every item of information we ask for, the more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we can tailor our services for you.

At YC we don’t share your data with any third party other than those utilised to service our business.

Improving our service.

If you have agreed that we can, YC may contact you from time to time by e-mail or by telephone in order to get your feedback on the service we provide to you.

Information about products and services.

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service. In order to help us do this, where you have agreed to receive such information, from time to time we may send you details of products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

Keeping our records accurate.

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time simply contact us. If you have another query relating to your information, please contact us.

Disclosing your information to others.

Other than the disclosures referred to in this policy, we will not disclose any personal information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime). Our policy is not to sell or share data.
